High Court orders the surrender of the respondent to Germany on foot of a European Arrest Warrant for prosecution for burglary type offences on the grounds that: (a) the delay of six years was not so egregious so as to amount to an abuse of process; and (b) there was no evidence before the Court evidence as to why surrender should be prohibited because of the mental health conditions of the respondent and his wife.
