High Court grants an order that a social media company (Twitter) provide to a parcel delivery company such details as it might have relating to the identity of a person who created or controlled an online account used to hold the parcel delivery company up to ridicule and to make use of its trade mark, provided that the parcel delivery company give an undertaking as to the use to be made of the information.
