High Court determines that a firm of solicitors was entitled to recover fees against a former client for whom the firm had acted in probate proceedings, on the grounds that the defendant was unable to substantiate an allegation of professional negligence on the part of the solicitors where she had failed to furnish the court with the necessary expert report.
