If you are pursuing a case on your own through the courts, Stare Decisis offers you a straightforward way to keep up with cases currently going through the courts that are relevant to your own case.

A subscription - just €120+VAT (€147.60) annually or  €14+VAT (€17.22) monthly provides you with the following:

• A full index (by subject matter area, judge and court) for Courts.ie - No index exists on the site itself.
• Access to all search functionality (by keyword, subject matter area, judge and court)
• Quality handwritten (by practising barristers) summaries of all judgments (all judgments from the Supreme Court, High Court, Court of Appeal since Jan 2011 currently > 2,800)
• A personalised email subscription to keep you up to date with current developments (i.e. You can elect to receive email updates for your subject matter areas of choice as soon as they are published or on a daily/weekly basis for each subject matter area) - All judgments are reported and indexed within 7 days of appearance on Courts.ie

The above functionality is the same as that available to any legal practitioner but bear in mind that only a small fraction of them currently have access to the site which will ensure that you are as up to date as any legal professional.
