High Court orders the surrender of the respondent to the Czech Republic to serve a seven-month prison sentence, dismissing objections regarding clarity and compliance with European arrest warrant Act legislation and finding that the minimum gravity requirement was met and that the objections concerning the validity of a driving ban and correspondence of offences were unfounded.
