High Court approves the surrender of an individual to Scotland for prosecution on firearm possession and assault charges, following the provision of detailed assurances regarding the accommodation of the individual's neurodiversity in prison conditions, and overturns a previous refusal by a judge who had expressed concerns about potential inhuman and degrading treatment in Scottish prison due to the individual's medical needs, including autistic spectrum disorder/Asperger's, the court concluding that he new assurances from Scottish authorities were sufficient to address these concerns.
