High Court grants a tenant leave to bring proceedings against the implementation of house rules by a management company in a multi-unit apartment block, pursuant to applicable legislation, on the grounds that there is no reason presenting why the permission should be refused.

High Court - landlord and tenancy - Multi-Unit Development Act 2011 - Section 23(1) - Section 23(3) - section 24 - Section 25 - leave application under Section 24 to bring proceedings - A management company can introduce house rules - Applicant believes rules in breach of various laws - tenants required to seek leave to issue proceedings - court must be satisfied that the person seeking leave is a fit to give permission - unless no rational basis for claim, leave to be granted - leave granted.
