Supreme Court dismisses appeal from High Court, and affirms well charging orders in respect of judgment mortgages arising from costs orders in 2004, where the debtor might have had a strong argument concerning the taxation procedure conducted in her absence, but where no steps had been taken in the mean time to challenge the process by way of judicial review.
