High Court grants order to release a transcript of the digital audio recording (DAR) an ex parte application to restrain the by injunction the implementation of emergency legislation, on the grounds that the applicant was entitled to the DAR to facilitate an appeal, and notwithstanding that the application had not been on notice to the other parties in the case.
