Court of Appeal upholds sentence of seven years' imprisonment for drugs offences, on the grounds that while the headline sentence of 15 years identified by the sentencing judge was too high, the reduction or discount for mitigating factors of some eight years was over-generous and the ultimate sentence was within the available range.
