Court of Appeal, having previously dismissed the appeal against a judgement of the High Court which held that the Appellant's claim against the Fifth Defendant was statute barred, determines that the Respondent, having been entirely successful, was entitled to an order for costs as the Appellants had failed to bring themselves within the the provisions of the statutory exceptions to the normal rule as to costs following the event.
