High Court rules that the environmental impact assessment (EIA) and appropriate assessment (AA) for a proposed wind farm were conducted properly, despite an error in the publication of documents on the planning authority's website. The court finding that the board had considered the potential for peat slides and their impact on local water bodies, and that any error in the AA analysis was harmless; and tthe board was not required to demonstrate its own expertise or to incorporate all environmental conditions and measures into the decision text.
