High Court: (a) grants order joining twelve companies registered outside the State as co-plaintiffs in an action concerning the alleged unlawful forced sale of share in a Russian company, on the grounds that the proposed co-plaintiffs had sufficient interest in shares and that it would be necessary to join them in order to determine the relevant questions before the court; and (b) adjourns an application for leave to deliver amended pleadings to allow the plaintiffs to prepare draft documents setting out the issues of Russian law on which they proposed to apply.
