High Court grants order prohibiting the publication or broadcast of any matter concerning employment law proceedings which would identify the defendant employer as a person suffering from anxiety disorder, where the plaintiff employee had made certain allegations against the employer which related to the medical condition in question, on the grounds: (a) that the publication of the identity of the employer would be likely to cause her undue stress; and (b) anonymising the identities of the parties would not be prejudicial to the interests of justice.
