High Court, in proceedings against the Law Society of Ireland: (a) refuses to release the plaintiff from his undertaking not to make complaints against members of the Society pending the determination of the proceedings, on the grounds that the proceedings were still capable of being appealed, and that any such complaint would be disruptive; but (b) varies the undertaking with regard to other litigation such that the plaintiff could apply to the President of the High Court if he wished to institute further litigation.
