High Court refuses all orders sought by the plaintiff in a property ownership dispute, affirming the legal ownership of the property by the Defendants as previously determined by the High Court and Court of Appeal. The plaintiff's attempts to reanimate proceedings after a conclusive Supreme Court determination were rejected, with the court striking out the proceedings against the Defendants as bound to fail. The court also declined to issue an "Isaac Wunder Order" to restrict the plaintiff from bringing further proceedings.
